1. Pan-India Delivery Coverage
We ship to all pincodes across India, including metro cities, Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns, and remote regions. All parcels are packaged with protective weather-resistant wrapping to preserve fabric freshness.
2. Shipping Charges
For orders below ₹1,999, a nominal flat shipping fee of ₹79 is applied at checkout to cover courier logistics.
3. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
- Processing & Packaging: 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation and payment.
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad): 3 to 4 business days.
- Assam & Northeast States: 2 to 4 business days.
- Rest of India: 4 to 6 business days.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your package is handed over to our courier partner (Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, or BlueDart), our team will send you the live tracking link and airway bill (AWB) number directly on your WhatsApp chat.
5. Non-Delivery or Address Issues
Please ensure you provide complete address details including landmark, city, and correct 6-digit pin code. If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, our courier team will attempt redelivery up to 3 times.
